We are thrilled to share an exciting addition to the Monday evening Stage X program at the ASU+GSV Summit April 17-19 in San Diego, CA. GSV Founder and CEO Michael Moe will moderate a conversation with Chegg CEO and President Dan Rosenweig, reflecting on his 10+ years of keynoting at ASU+GSV. Dan will then be joined virtually by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman for a conversation about the future of education and AI in EDU.
As President, CEO, and Co-Chairperson of Chegg, Rosensweig has helped to transform the popular textbook rental service into a leading provider of digital learning services. By leveraging technology, mobility, and connected networks, Chegg has now become a 24/7 learning partner by offering a suite of high-quality, low-cost, personalized and on-demand educational resources that help students maximize the return on their investment in education and support them on their journey from learning to earning.
Altman is the co-founder and CEO of OpenAI, the AI research and deployment company behind ChatGPT and DALL·E. Sam was president of the early-stage startup accelerator Y Combinator from 2014 to 2019. In 2015, Sam co-founded OpenAI as a nonprofit research lab with the mission to build general-purpose artificial intelligence that benefits all humanity. The company remains governed by the nonprofit and its original charter today.
Join Monday for an evening with dinner, drinks, and keynote conversations on Stage X.
