CUBEX ONE leveraged audio and conferencing solutions by Nureva, which also works with higher education institutions, to improve commuinications.
CUBEX ONE, located in Mannheim, Germany, is an ideal location for start-ups in the field of medical technology. It includes four floors of office and meeting space and is conveniently embedded within the Mannheim Medical Technology Campus. CUBEX ONE offers everything teams need to stay focused on what is most essential–developing their ideas.
CUBEX ONE has a variety of different meeting spaces–from large rooms (used for meetings and conferences) to small shared spaces that can be rented by those in the medical sector. For these rooms to work, it’s crucial that they enable great audio for people joining meetings remotely. And because teams in the building are BYOD, all solutions also need to work with wireless content sharing.
The building also includes nontraditional collaboration areas that various tenants use for open meetings. In order to include remote callers in these conversations, CUBEX ONE needed an audio solution that could also be mobile.
Nureva audio was the ideal solution to CUBEX ONE’s problem. In fact, once the team tried Nureva, “there was no necessity for other tests,” says Bastian Bilger, head of IT and facility management.
CUBEX ONE equipped their building with the following:
- Dual HDL300 systems (in combination with Mersive® Solstice) in two large conference rooms
- HDL300 systems in four meeting rooms (two placed on mobile stands)
Now medical start-up teams in CUBEX ONE are experiencing hybrid meetings that just work, thanks to easy-to-use audio systems that ensure everyone can be heard. It’s something that Bilger finds impressive–“Nureva had great audio pickup quality even in rooms with bad acoustic conditions.” And all CUBEX ONE needed to do was hang the HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems on the wall.
