InScribehas launched its mobile app, giving students convenient, seamless access to peers, faculty, and resources anytime, anywhere. The mobile app facilitates deeper connectivity between schools and students, improving on-the-go student support, engagement, and communication, as well as reinforcing a sense of belonging among learners.
"We believe that community should come to the student. Student participation and productivity are so much stronger when students don't have to search for access," said Veronica Skudlarczyk, Vice President of Product and User Experience at InScribe. "The best education experiences are collaborative, and extending digital communities across mobile spaces increases interactivity. This added level of flexibility empowers students to reach the people and knowledge they need right where they are, ensuring a supportive and engaging educational experience."
InScribe's mobile app gives students the opportunity to connect in a timely manner and improves speed of response time, especially after hours and on weekends when many students are doing coursework. Students can search for information and ask questions when they are top of mind, as well as receive notifications right on their phone. For peers and moderators, the app makes it easy to contribute to conversations and respond so students can quickly get an answer.
It is reported that only 12% of students feel a strong sense of belonging at their schools. InScribe's digital spaces give students a place where they can bond and form authentic relationships. Students know they are never alone; they are a part of something bigger. They have a built-in support network of peers they can rely on to get help, strategize, share common interests, and encourage each other throughout the learning experience.
