Orange Business Services announced it has reorganized its executive leadership board. Helmut Reisinger, CEO of Orange Business Services, said in a press release that the changes were effective Monday.
“This announcement is part of a transformation within Orange Business Services to achieve our ambition to become a leader in the Internet of Enterprises, a new business ecosystem where people, objects, processes and infrastructures are constantly connected and sharing data along the digital value chain,” said Reisinger, in the press release.
The changes included:
• Aliette Mousnier-Lompré was named head of Orange Business' customer service and operations (CSO). With 8,000 employees located across five continents, this division designs, builds and operates the industrial production of all managed services covering all geographies. Aliette was previously vice president of global enterprise networks at Orange International Network Infrastructures (OINIS).
• Paul Joyce now leads Orange Global Solutions for Business (OGSB). He is in charge of accelerating Orange Business Services’ core business and services growth, notably in the area of SDx connectivity, collaboration solutions and the recently integrated contact center activities. Prior to his new position, Joyce was in charge of the Orange Business Services' customer service and operations (CSO) division since 2012. He takes over from long time Orange Business Services executive Didier Duriez, who will take on new responsibilities at a French non-profit organization.
• Valérie Cussac is the leader of Orange Business Services' new Smart Mobility Services entity. This division is tasked with creating tighter links between mobile workspaces and IoT activities, focusing on three verticals; automotive, industry 4.0 and smart cities / buildings. Prior to this role, Cussac managed Orange Business Services’ mobile leadership in France.
• Pierre-Louis Biaggi in now in charge of the Digital and Data unit. Leveraging more than 3,500 consultants, developers and data scientists, as well as an open ecosystem of partners, Pierre-Louis will focus on growing Orange Business Services capabilities around artificial intelligence (AI), data science, user experience, software integration and e-health. He was previously in charge of the connectivity business unit, which included SD-WAN. He takes over from Béatrice Felder who will take on other responsibilities at Orange.
• Anne-Sophie Lotgering was named as chief marketing and digital officer. Lotgering was previously general manager at Microsoft Services, Central and Eastern Europe and has held various senior positions at Orange.
