Radio France is giving its Paris headquarters, Maison de la Radio, a makeover with IP technology from Orange Business Services and Cisco.
Orange Business Services will work in tandem with media services company BCE to build new audiovisual production facilities for Radio France as part of its upgrade to modernize its production and broadcasting tools by 2022.
According to Orange Business Services, the project will be the biggest IP deployment in the media sector in Europe. The new audiovisual production facilities will rely on IP infrastructure based on Cisco technology for the transport and broadcast of voice and video.
